On Eversend you can create an account with your Cameron information. You can also create it with your Dubai info, any of them should work

Connecting Eversend cards to PayPal has been throwing some issues. I think due to the location difference but we will test again and share the outcome 🙏🏾

Hello, you cannot connect Eversend virtual cards to PayPal to receive payments but you can do that for payments depending on the location of your PayPal account
