This is RIVE, a software primarily meant for interactable and adaptive animations, like games or menus etc. There is no programming language here exactly it's just RIVE State Machines. There are plenty of tutorials like this one from RIVE and other KZfaq Channels.

is there a way to restrict the dragging to a certain pixels only, for instance I just want the 'Dragable object' to be dragged only in X axis to a certain distance only. Is there are way to do it ??

never mind, I was able to solve it via constraints option in the inspector :))
