i have a question to you: when i create the laurel wreth and when i create the brush an create a circle. it shows only the half. only whe i dram a line everything is ok. What is my mistake? i did it step by step like you. using the newest version because i have the complete cloud version of adobe thank you the tutorial is nice but i cant figure out my mistake

I faced this problem and i figure out that all objects should be ungrouped! then you can move it to the brushes tool good luck

When I apply this brush to arc it will be destroyed i mean one side of brushes it will be disappeared and turn to black my shape has no fill

When I apply this brush on half circle a white half moon appear inside the curve and hiding inner side of brush. Can you help how to overcome this issue.

I know it is too late but what I found out is that before I made it a brush I had to make the line in the middle of the wreath into a shape by going to object: path: outline stroke. I also grouped the whole thing and then when making it an art brush, I did not chose a method and I set the brush scale to scale proportionately. Hope this helped.

Same thing happen after I apply the brush the leaves inside the half circle didn't appear.
