01:59 - Copy source.png to folder of Map Editor
03:27 - Create provinces
04:40 - Autofinish Border button
05:50 - Drawing mode
06:50 - Repair border button
07:15 - Simplify button
09:50 - Centers of provinces must be inside polygon of province
10:22 - Export map and copy .map file to folder of game
10:40 - Create scenario for map in Scenario Editor
11:50 - Test in game

map editor looks suspiciously similar to the AoC2 Map editor.
