@@derpinator8789 I track the following at the start of my day and mark a check in a box in the following areas: 1) mindset: read everyday. At a minimum I read Proverbs - an easy win. 2)heartset: to grow strong in faith, self healing a daily affirmation (borrowed from Power of I AM). Another quick/easy win 3) Health: I am an extreme endurance athlete now so I train every morning, upto 3xs per day. Read Rise of Superman to understand the natural pharmacy of chemicals that dump in the body, peak performance, etc. And lastly 4), Spiritual: give 1 gratitude to my make. 4 checkmark...so simple a child can do it. Easy to track in a journal and fills my heart with hope and optimism I need to win. Anyhoo... best wishes. Read: Robin Sharma 5am Club. Where I got most of my inspiration.

Every morning we wake up is already a miracle, you don't make a miracle, the miracle was already made, just keep your negativity out of it and recognize the profundity of each moment, what Hal promotes is not much different than what religions have taught for millenia, that notwithstanding, Hal is doing a tremendous service for those who would receive his message, he has extracted some of the essence of spirituality which has been largely corrupted by religious dogma

@Richard Martin, religion doesn't teach anything like what Hal is promoting. He may be using words or terminology from the biblical text, were all familiar with. However, religion is not even remotely close to what he's talking about.

@@Richard_Martin I see where it might appear to be associated with religion. What you're quoting is scripture from the biblical text. Hal was speaking specifically about spirituality. There's a distinct difference between the two. Religion is a form of control. Whereas spirituality is a expression of freedom, a sort of awakening. Meditation is an exercise of breathing, which brings about a inner peace, calmness. Praying, on the other hand, is a petition (asking) for someone and/or something. It could also be considered a form of begging. Unfortunately, it's what religion has always and continues to teach. Manifestation comes by doing, not praying. "Faith without works is dead", doesn't qualify. Now, faith has to be define. All of which is tedious. Religion has too many rules, hence, the controlling factor. Spirituality is liberating to the mind, body, and soul. These entities were not meant to be restricted. Hal was freeing himself of those things that had him bound. If he hadn't taken the steps when he did, he would've prayed himself into an early grave.

@@ibme1366 I do not agree with your conclusions on religion and spirituality, I did however mention "spirituality having been largely corrupted by religous dogma", I have spent a considerable amount of time reflecting on these topics, to me your statements are rudimentary and undoubtedly gross generalizations, if you spend more time in reflection you will see that you and I are not saying anything very different, but the subtle difference in what I have said is quite profound, that is, the essence of spirituality, whether it be in Hal's work, Jesus' work (christianity as a religion did not form until after Jesus' death) and the work of countless other spiritual adepts the work of whom has been corrupted in nearly every case, because spirit is non physical, it cannot be individual or divided and must therefore be a unity, so there cannot be this and that type of spirituality, indeed everything is one is spirit

Exercising: - Make the blood flowing. 5. Reading: -Five pages every day. 6. Describing (Journaling): - Write down three things I am grateful for - Look at my to-do list of 10 things - Writer down the top three activities that if I follow through today, I will move the needle in my life, and in my business, and in my family.

Since the ancient martial arts practice and philosophy, meditation was very important for the warriors as this would bring power & force to the "dragon" within. The dragon for them was the energy force, the high ki and it's basically being centered and balanced within, it extends our energy for the long day's battle.

Think and Grow Rich, Saint Surfer CEO, Monk who sold his Ferrari, Book of Proverbs in the Bible, ... Mentorship has become a real business lately however real mentorship is less about a transaction and more about a contribution. Find someone who has what you want in life and follow his or her routine and every move... the only price you should pay is sweat equity. I'm referring to the Kiyosakis (that they are weird). Have you noticed how he completely ignores his wife? Never responds or reacts to her at all. They just both seem dumb to me. Goes to show- having money doesn't mean shit. Anyone can have if you put your mind to it.
