Hi Kuranga, I think Payoneer has updated their interface. If your account has been approved and they haven’t asked for any additional documents, then you should find all your bank information in the “Account Details” section.

Today I tried creating an account with Payoneer. The sign up process is a little different than when you shot this film. For example, at the start you're asked if you are a: E-commerce Owner, Freelancer, Marketplace/Enterprise and Other. Which one would you choose here? I chose "Other". And also, for the security details section, you are asked for a business category. The only one that I could find that would apply is "Sale of Physical Goods". Is this the correct choice? Hello Aidan, I just looked, and indeed, it is a bit different. I guess Payoneer has changed their interface. Nevertheless, select “Freelancer” for the first part instead of “others” and then fill out the other parts accordingly.

@@serenityflo_sound Yes, I got my account details same day (or latest the next day). I would recommend that if you already have a UK Bank Account, then there’s no need opening a virtual account on Payoneer. You can use your UK account details straightaway to open a KDP account.

Ezinne, whenever i open my kdp amazon shelf i am not getting the same paid option as you , i am getting the page display which require my street number with address 1 and address 2 and zip code etc am not seeing a display which stated ' tell us about your bank' instead it stated 'where my bank located, i am not seeing routing number section and account number

Hello Nidhii, have you been able to resolve this problem? I've never come across "purpose code" in Payoneer, but I know they ask for IBAN code. Not too sure if the two codes are the same.

I had a lot of books sold on Amazon in October and November, and there are no changes in my Payoneer account now in January. I lost my will to promote my book anymore since all those earnings are not real for now. I know it takes some time for the money to transfer to Payoneer. Is that the reason or do I have to make some complicated adjustments so that everything would be fine. Thank you!

It’s sad to hear that you’re experiencing such issues with Payoneer. I think you should send a mail to Payoneer’s customer care with screenshots showing proof of payment for your books on Amazon KDP. I’m sure they will attend to the issue and it will be rectified.

If you mean Payoneer, I don’t think it’s available in all countries but you can do a quick search on their site to see if it is available in your country.

Thanks for this video. It was very helpful. I have a question that I hope you don't mind answering. When it comes time to paying tax every March (because I think that's when Amazon sends out the tax form with the amount to be paid), how will you be able to pay that tax if you have set up an account in Payoneer and said that your bank is in America when it's actually not? I'm just curious. Thanks.

Hello Aidan, Amazon tax is usually deducted from royalty paymentsmade on every sale, so that will not be a problem.

No, you don't. Amazon deducts it automatically from your sales proceeds.

I've not really tried using PayPal, though I doubt if it's possible because Amazon KDP requires international bank account details for sign up.

No, your ID is not to your account number. However, if you check further, you will find your account details on the dashboard.
