The manner in which you conduct the programme is fantastic, Simerjit ji. What about unscrupulous, overambitious, toxic employees. Most of the programmes these days are lopsided; they start with the presumption that it's always the management or the work place at fault. Can you bring on the board someone who has the guts and gumption to deal with the issues in a neutral way.
