01:48 night aspirants
02:23 How to start your day
08:40 How to use the second part
09:45 Lunch onwards
11:20 Evening break

I have almost overcome all my distractions and reduced my social media time to less than an hour. Being a college student I study for around 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday and around 4-5 hours on week days. I can proudly say I have been quite consistent on this☀️ Mission 2026 first attempt ❤️
