Call their support line for assistance, 800-832-5660 Option 4 then option 1.

It will not allow me to use my same email to assign myself to the Data Q and all the rest of the fields.

If you are creating a new account, you are selecting the roles you need. So, pick whatever is offered there. The same steps are basically followed if later on you need to add a role.

For my personal information section is causing me an issue. It’s telling me my email can’t have a special character @?? I’m confused. That’s my business email

@@motorcarrierassistant I figured it out. I notice that you cannot use the same email when you assign a role. I trued it and it told me that since I’m using the email as the CO/Company Official it detected that I had the email in use so I had to place my other email in the personal information fields to become a regular user.

Very helpful!!! Question. Can the company official and the regular user be the same person. I would assume yes but on official documents I don't like to go off of assumptions
