No they don't issue a virtual card at this moment, but if you need a virtual card you should try Chipper cash virtual card

Airtm is not primarily a direct transfer type platform, it’s more a P2P platform. Although there are hints of them adding a direct transfer feature, I’ll do an update about it once it’s live and I’ve tested it

Depends if you can find pair who is willing to do that, you know its P2P and sending USD is not particularly easy in Nigeria, besides the majority of people are there to buy USD with naira

No you don't have to fund it for it to be active, you can receive from picoworkers without having any money yet in your airtm. I just showed the P2P transaction system so you can know how to get your money out of airtm

I came across this site about 8 months ago and I found it interesting, but I didn't do anything with my account cos I only deals or received funds with PayPal, meanwhile, when grey ACC had an issue with US bank account, I started looking for another way out to change my PayPal funds to naira in black market rate, I came Across an idea by collecting UBA prepaid card in USD, so that I can use the fund to credit my Skrill or neteller ACC, and sell it on paxful or binance. But I login back to my airtm and I saw an option to credit my account with USD card, but they can only change it to Naira using CBN rate, that just off me😒😒😒
