💖 How to Create and Manifest your Dream Life through Scripting !
Hey Everyone!
Today I am sharing about scripting aka Future Self Journaling. I use this journal to dive more in depth into who I need to become in order to manifest my dream life!
I also share some of my Future Self Journal Ideas and prompts
There are lots of different names for this type of journal such as Manifestation journal , Scripting Journal , Future Self Journal but either way it will help immensely in creating and manifesting the life you desire!

I find that journaling scripture eases my anxieties and boosts my confidence ♥️ pen to paper is scientifically proven to be a relaxing process

I don't do visualization, but I do ask God to give me goals, and then I make smaller goals as steps to reach the larger goal. I love your stack of journals. Looking at your journals makes me want to write more poetry.

Enjoyed it so much! And the interesting thing is that you would do the same thing from a Christian perspective too! Being grateful and confident that you are taken care off takes away all the worry and anxiety. Such a great practice!

Yes it’s like writing out your prayers & gratitude. I use God and universe interchangeably but yes you could even write, Dear Jesus or thank you Jesus.

I don't usually journal but I love the idea of scripting as the future me! Your examples are great because you journal as though it has already happened! Im going to start doing this as well. Thank you for sharing and for the great examples!

I guess I’ve been doing this already. I’ve also seen some amazing Bible scripting before. People have taken the Bible and just drawn amazing photos based on what they’ve read. Have you seen those?

Hey Taryn, I found that when the hashtags in the description get too long you can’t expand the description of the video on mobile. I had to tame my desire to add 3 or 4 or a longer hashtag because of that. I don’t think it affects the desktop but only mobile (definitely iPhone).

hi um i have a question i'm so bad on scripting like i tryed scripting but nothing and my question is what i need to do like what i need write when all wishes come true like write about my life and my family's life and then what i wish idk anymore i'm so lost

Oh it’s all about having fun! Take the pressure off yourself, it can take some time and practice to get into the flow and ease of scripting. And even some days, I get stuck writing but I always come back to it a few days later. Honestly there’s no right or wrong way to script and it can take time to make your dreams come true. Most of my scripting starts with “I am so full of gratitude now that... “ or “my heart is bursting with so much happiness (or put what ever feeling you hope to feel more of) for...” it’s really about stepping into those feelings you are scripting. So I really concentrate on my heart area and really feel the gratitude from reaching my goals, dreams and wants. I hope this helps and much love! 💗
