You are really great. a million thanks. The only area I need help is The Kindle Create. I tried a hundred times but fail. I wish you can help. So I created a Payoneer account the last time from Sierra Leone but I got a message from them that I won't be able to make a withdrawal from the USA account until I have a minimum deposit of $5000.
