Excellent video!

I have been making my fried rice and finishing it with soy sauce, shaoxing wine, and sesame oil, and usually oyster sauce (unless I'm cooking for my vegetarian wife). Maybe I will switch the shaoxing for hoisin sauce and see if I like that better (I do like it this way, though! I've made fried rice at least once a day since getting my wok late last month).

You should consider making shorter videos. These days, most people don't have the attention span to watch a 10 minute video. Furthermore, "shorts" (short videos) tend to dominate the KZfaq platform and receive more views as a result of the KZfaq algorithm.
