I have a question though, when I try disable the 'Buy it now' button in Shopify's studio theme, the 'add to the cart' button also disappears. Seems they are both marked as 'Dynamic checkout buttons'. What to do here? 🙏

Only the buy it now button should disappear with your uncheck dynamic button that's strange Try to download the theme again, maybe you have done other code modifications

This works only on the Free 2.0 themes, the text won't appear on the premium themes

I watched the longer video earlier, and now this one. You explained great!! I had a small hiccup earlier today, I think I identified the problem, but I'm not sure. Most of my products are customizable items. I imported all of them from wix and am now generating these codes. Should I create a template for each product or just a new temple when the customized field is different? I hope i said this right. Lol

That's the part that confuses me, is there any way to select all my mugs, for example, and put the convenient customizations for my customers?

You only need to create one template per customization type So if all your mugs have the same fields you only need to assign one template to them

This worked well, thank you ! How ever, the required field doesn't work. I unclicked the dynamic button, and it took away the "add to cart" button, and then left a white button (where the Paypal/Gpay button was) and won't work properly, how ever, it does send it to the cart with the text.

Thanks for the feedback, I'm glad the text shows up for you Regarding the required field, make sure you check that required option before copying the code Then paste your code in a block and save your changes on the editor I just tested it now on Dawn 12 and the required field still shows the required message but of course this works only with the Add to cart button

You will need to write additional CSS to shorten it But I think it's better to keep it as is, so that the user can double check what he typed

They will have to pay for the product to do so. So I don't think it's that bad 😄 jk We typically use this file upload feature to upload images, so if the customer upload another file simply don't open it or scan it first
