That's a great question Joefer. The thing to remember is that there are SO many emotions. Perhaps a better way to phrase it is to make your ideal customer feel something. For example, if you are a business providing educational content, you are making your customer feel knowledgable, smarter, informed, empowered. The strength of the emotion still applies though - The stronger the feel, the more likely they are to share it. So if you taught them something and their response was, "Oh, that's interesting," that's not a very strong emotion. But if you teach them something that empowers them to take action, that's stronger. The best is if it is so interesting/fascinating/etc. that they want to share it with their peers. Does that make sense? I'd love to know what industry you are in and I can be more specific.

I just started a business selling driftwood art and décor and everyone keeps telling me to tell people the benefits of my product but I am at a loss. Other than something different for their décor and having a seaside feel, do you have any ideas and especially the appeal to the emotions? Once again, great video! Very helpful.

Every product fulfills an external benefit and an internal benefit Wendy. The external benefit is to decorate a space. What's the internal benefit? Is it to feel like they're always at the ocean? Is it to have a conversation piece when people walk in so you can strike up a discussion about something? Is it to have a connection with nature?

Business pages can't usually tag people (they'd have to tag themselves), but you can tag other businesses. I think it's fine to do as long as it is for a good reason. I always tag any business or organization involved, but don't do it just to draw more eyes to it - That's considered spammy.

I doubt that you can - Facebook is prioritizing keeping the platform a space for sharing that doesn't offend.

It might just take some experimentation then. Try different phrases in your captions, different types of posts (videos vs. photos, etc.). Good luck!
