How do you keep it going month after month year after year when your external world is not changing, or I perceive it's not changing? I know doubt is not great and I try to keep it at bay but man, when my external is the same day after day, month after month, it is not fun trying to keep positive. I visualize, I journal, I meditate. Not to get something but to feel good and then I do feel good but where is my manifestation? Where is the ease, the peace, the friends, the money, the fun? Is it not meant for me? I cannot keep carrying all these burdens myself. How much longer? And what if I can't hold on? Where is my happy?

1. Bring awareness to your body and verbally name things your love. 2. Insist on asking people what they love 3. Sleep early and unplug 4. Slow down your breathing and your life 5. Gratitude; aim for 100 ‘thank yous’ a day

I started doing this recently and it has helped me so much to change my outlook on everything to the positive. i work in a store and people really do complain to much! even if their day is going great and nothing id wrong they will still go "yesterday the weather was really bad wasn't it?" or something just negatieve and at this point i just respond something postive and it's really helps because they cheer up and then the next time they see me and think positve and give me that energy back

This passed week, was talking store clerk and he lost his gas cap for his RV. Looking for a gas cap then I said I have one and he have if it fit! So it fit and asked him to pay it forward. He would do just that! It felt really fantastic after! Love this information! Makes great sense. Much peace and Love! 👍🤟✌️💐❤️🌈🌈
