omg - as an artist and web pro I can tell you that was simply the most pleasurable tutorial i have ever watched. I always feel you tube vids for these aspects of digital creativity are so taxing and disquieting I become resentful that the craft of pixels and binary are denied me by such effort. Hi sir, awesome tutorials you have! I just subbed! Btw i have a question, when i make a mask as in 5:49, the bulged rectangle leaves a transparent mark. Any idea why is this happened?

The best tutorial I've seen to date. @3:45 when I convert the layers to 'screen' it does not remove the edges but makes it look more like an overlay. Any advice? Thx

Watch carefully, I have made a copy of the rays. So, there are two copies in total. Select both of them and then set the blend mode to "Screen" and I think it'll work. Please let me know if this works.

@@PSDesign Thanks a lot for fast reply I appretiate it, I'm new in Illustrator and I used to see designers put the colors which will use out of design board like the blue collection in this video so I asked about it coz I didn't see how it appears like that I will try to drag the colors and drop them and see thanks again for caring.

@@smsma1579 hi, those boxes of colours are made by creating squares using the rectangle tool. Each square is filled with one colour. This is done so that whenever you need to use those colours, you find it just there. You don't have to go to the colour panel all the time. You can simply create shapes and fill them with whatever colours you'll be needing throughout.

still the ouline of the 2 shapes is visible even though i used transparency >screen how to solve it?

You can just pause the video, take a screenshot and then bring that photo into Adobe Illustrator and then pick the colors using the Eye Dropper Tool.😊
