The follow through yes, but the mechanics should change any farther then a 3rd base throw

This is an in excellent video! To the point, great examples, great information!! Would you do a video on how an outfielder can shorten his arm action. Would it be essentially the same as the above video?

Great tips. I do feel that many smaller softball players struggle to keep their fingers on top of the ball as they separate to equal and opposites. Just a not to young softball coaches out there. They may have to cup under a few more years.

I have a pitching that was in the miner league and long toss I bad for you arm I runs your arm out it is only good when you know the proper mechanics

That is considered a short arm don't do it you will be throwing much slower than usual
