This guy makes wonderful tutorials, simple and straight to the point. He also makes plenty of stuff and give it for free. Must be a saint or holy man of some kind, all l can tell is just go to his gumroad page and drop e few box no matter what you chose, it's the least we can do!

Man, been trying to make cloth sims, but results was always too smooth, like, without these shrinked parts. Guess what i was missing - shrinking factor ofc. Thank you for this video :)

what happens if the wall has a hole in the middle and the wall is an ngon?

first i would use quadriflow on the Ngon to remesh it,select the Ngon ,on the right panel ,go to "object data properties" find "Remesh", select quad and click remesh,you have to select number of faces.
