Hello How can I have a QRCOD entry for my form? For example, a person enters information in the form and needs to enter the code. Now, instead of entering the code manually, say the QRCODE from your mobile camera and the form will be completed.

So is it possible to utilize the QR with the collected data (from an integrated Google Form) and include it in the thank you e-mail they would receive after they fill out the form. The QR code would need to show on their e-mail so it could later be used to scan them into an event

Hi @SONHCORVETTES, You can achieve this by adding the Dynamic QR Code widget to your Jotform form. This widget generates a QR code based on a field value you specify in this widget settings. When someone fills out your form, they'll receive the autoresponder email with the QR code. You can also display the QR code on the thank you page of your form for quick access. Is it possible for the dynamic QR code to keep track of multiple fields? I.e. collect data from various fields and encode the compiled raw data in the QR code?

Hi @aaliaunardi, Certainly! To achieve this, you need to combine multiple field values using the Form Calculation Widget. Hi, I don't see the dynmaic QR code when I search for the widget. There are only the first two that come up. Have you disabled this feature?

What if I need a QR code that grants access to a registration form. Can I do that too?

Hi @lisdelcuevas6622, Sure, you can create your registration form in Form Builder then share your form using its QR Code as seen in this video tutorial or check this clip: kzfaq.infoUgkxQkr9EYOiWsVAnZGiX3XO36wtXjymCwOm.
