Yes, the theme custom css option can be used in either case.

You can get custom css for elementor using one of the various elementor add-on plugins in Wordpress.

Yes, it can be done. You can use CSS below or use respective selector by using inspect page. .readmorebtn .elementor-tab-title.elementor-active::before { color: #000; }
