Taking an Abnormal shaped base cube and attaching small buildings, props, neon signs and other stuff to make a larger and much more realistic scifi building that idea itself is so cool because almost everyone knows how to model basic scifi building but no one knows how to portray it or make it look good you know , Thanx for the tutorial❣❣❣❣

I'm not much familiarized with the nodes, to me it looks like it adds a lot of vertices around the base shape. How can this be optimized for a sky view type of game background? Assuming this is not game engine ready because there are some baking steps left or tricks to lower the polycount, correct?
