I'd say just cut the speed in half so there's only one frame it has to interpolate. Repeat again for slower motion.

atleast mention the downsides and limitations with technology like this. Frame Interpolation can cause severe artifacting, especially in scenes with high ranges of motion. Interpolation is best used in shots where the camera is stable and the scene doesn’t change/move rapidly

This is a solid one, boss. Thanks. It will work for some and not for some. Why? I think shooting in higher fps would always be good in order to achieve this slow motion. Hence, the higher the fps, the better it is for us all.

The bad side of this is the loss of quality on your video, your edges will be kinda blurry depending on the movement. If you want to do smooth slow motion try shooting on 60fps and above! Then in your project right click on the footage and press “Modify-interpret footage- and put 24fps or 30fps ( depending on your timeline ) and Done!” Enjoy your smooth af slowmo footage
