Hi everyone!
This week's video was a request from many of you!
Here is how to create your Emirates Cabin Crew CV!
For this one, I share my personal experience but I also share the screen with my friend Vernon, who is a professional job recruiter. He looks at CVs all day every single day in his line of work and he spills the tea on what makes a good CV.
Hopefully this video will help all of you who are also curious on how to make yourselves stand out to a recruiter for Emirates or any other professional job.

Hello! Great question. If you can speak English well your accent is not an issue. Many girls come from around the world and have accents. However, you do need to be 21 years old or turning 21 soon in order to apply. Hope this helps!

Hi, Congratulations on being invited! Since the recruiter will be referring to the CV uploaded online, there's no need for you to make another. Just be sure to know the points to highlight about your experience and how they relate to Emirates, and be ready to shine the day of! Hi, it's not mandatory to put a photo on your CV but you do need to upload one. The photo on your CV can help though!

If we had a bad experience in a previous job and was laid off should we state that or it’s better to avoid mentioning your job experience with that company instead ?Does emirates call to do a background check on the companies you mention in yiuf cv?thanks

Hi! Honestly I would say unless they ask, you don't need to mention it. The interviews are short and they want to know your best qualities and relevant experience, not your entire work experience unless you learned something that can help you as crew. They won't do a background check. Focus on the positive! 🤗

Hi! You can, yes. I would recommend if possible to make sure it is well-lit to ensure it looks high quality. Many people who apply to Emirates take their photos in a studio or take very nice photos, so just make sure yours are on-par with that standard. Good luck

How could I show my cv to you? Cause mostly in Asia you must get an invitation from EK first then you can go for the assessment day so...., It is quite tough to get an opportunity.

There is no official maximum, but it is harder for candidates over a certain age (maybe 32-36) to be accepted.

Hi Alexandra! You need one year minimum to apply. However, customer service does not necessarily mean working at a restaurant or airline. If you have volunteered in role where you served people, or worked somewhere where you helped many people that counts too. :)
