he changed the cutscene texture from ryder (every character that appears on cutscenes has a different file from the game one) example: csryder (cutscene.img)

is it possible to do custom spray paints ? if so please do a tutorial!

the biggest problem is locating where the spray paint texture is, all you have to do is find it (but it's kinda hard since there are so many files) but I'll update you if I find anything

I found it! It's the same process and you just open gta3 instead of player and you locate the file named tags_lafront.txd and change it, save it and that's it!

@@preemobalkanac for future reference, if you ever want to find something quick, just look for a mod of it and download it, it will tell you the exact files to "replace"

Make sure you save it into png, and don't draw anything outside the clothes
