I know most people look down upon it, and for good reasons as it’s clearly not as good, but I play the console version on PS5 and was just wondering if all of this will still be relevant in working over there as I know some things differ slightly. I’ve been playing a control possession type system with limited attacks but solid defending, which was tweaked from one of the presets, but I’d much rather be able to create my own and really put an identity on my team.

I created my own tatics of 2-4-1-2-1 and stun a few top team with stuttgart in German league season 1. Stuttgart is really bad in fm24. Probably need wait for their Jan updates I did buy many promising young teenage players but was not even at leipzig dortmund level due to their age. But I manage to survive the onslaught and grind out shock wins. Formation is 2 wingback on support and run wide move forward run with ball often. The wingback with high cross stat i will go cross more often and cross to targetman. 1 ball winning mid defensive with tackle hard and mark tighter less risk less shots. 1 deep playmaker with tackle hard. Centerbacks defend on less press tackle hard and less risk. One cm on take risk and press more. 1 inverted winger on support but take risk and sit narrower. One shadow s moukoko on loan with free roam less cross move into channels. St on targetman attack shoot more tackle hard and move into channels. Tactics I go more play through middle and left right overlap. Press often and stuck into tackle. Trap into middle as I got 2 anchor and a cm and shadow striker narrow winger all cluttering the middle lane. Line depend on opposition strength. Stronger team with fast forwards middle line middle press line with balance mentality. Weak teams or slow forward I go high press line and high line with positive/attacking mentality. Passing is slightly shorter. Width is normal. Pass into space on. Trigger press counter on. Gk distribution fast and roll to defenders. Distribute to fullbacks and centerback on.

I have a different transfer budget and some player differences. E.G. Paulo Eduardo is only has a 3 star rating for me, you have him as 4 stars???
