@@toastandbutterrr their log pile caught fire, and it happened between the school and stables, luckily they put it out before any major damage was caused

I've never seen someone plait the forelock into a running braid on the mane, lol. Not in a bad way! I think it's really cool, honestly! Thanks for the great video :)

Why does your fjord horse have a long mane? 😶😶😶 they are probably some of the only horse breeds that have a standard mane style. It would be like cutting a icelandic horse ma e 😂😂😂

Magic Books he has a natural mane. Keeping fjord horses manes short and hogged is a lot of work! He is not show horse so I just decided it’s a waste of my time to hog it! 😁

Looks verry beautiful. To make it easier and tighter u can better if sections on every outside part. That makes it way easier and it places it automatically on the neck

I like to keep my horse braided like that in the field (it's always super lose and redone all the time she lives at my house so I check on he as well if it gets stuck I have never had a problem tho) because she rips her long mane on everything and my mom says I'm not allowed to cut it but it looks pretty in that braid when I do it for a show so I dont mind it for dressage but if she was still jumping I would hate it

Sally is a beautiful distraction, and she reminds me of the equine love of my life, a bigger black cob with a blaze and equally sweet nature. I used to love plaiting, but I never did it this way. 👍

Hey a tip with this is if you find your braid slipping or that your hands drop so it's not on the Crest sit on your horses back while you do it. It's the easiest way I've found for my mare with a 60 cm long mane
