Your instructions were extremely helpful! I've made five squares so far. Oddly, mine don't entirely look like yours. But mine still look very nice and they came out to be the same size as yours (almost 6 inches across). I think it's because I'm left handed. Thanks for the help.

It will but the square will be smaller.

Yes! You will need to make more rounds if you’re making the square for the Herringbone Blanket. The square should be approximately 5.5”. Thanks

It means pull it snug. Like tight but not too tight.

Just started crocheting getting pretty good but wanted to start to make a blanket using the 2 tone squares. I was just wondering why you doubled your yarn instead of just having one string. Is this important for the thickness of it? Can I use just one string?

You can definitely just use one string. She’s using two for durability. Acrylic yarn has a tendency to look a little ratty after a thousand or so washes, lol.

Could you just keep going if you wanted to ? And make one big square to make one big throw ? That would be easier right now for me or just make the three times the size for each motif. Thumbs up 👍 for me
