I made this and idk what happened but the head became way to large and flat even thought it was the corrects amount of stiches and I followed the instructions perfectly :(

Hey! I am sorry.. I don’t have an specific tutorial for the loop stitch but, if you quick search “loop stitch tutorial” you can find a couple of ways to do. And than will be more clear for you how to crochet on the surface! I hope this help a little bit.. 💖

Hey Eva! I use 2mm crochet hook to be little one like this. But you can use a bigger needle if you want a little bigger lion!

Oh yeah... this result is with a 2mm hook. If you increase the hook size, you increase the finished product as well! I did one lion with a 6mm hook. He's huge! But still cute 🥰🥰

Why didn't you use an extra large hook and a larger yarn for the demonstration? You'd end up with a larger lion but at least a new person could see more clearly what you are doing. Your intention is to TEACH, isn't it?

Hello Contact JOY, could you tell me which part of the tutorial wasn't clear for you? For each stitch and technique used for the lion, there is a separate video teaching the stitch which, in that case, is with a larger hook. Let me know if you need any help with your lion!
