Hi, i really do love your work and would love to make this one and some of your others but only one thing is missing from your tutorials, Gauge. Please list what the gauge is as it would help many others who have commented here about their items being too large for the size they were trying to make. We all have different tension and the only way for others to know if theyre using the right hook is to know gauge. Could you be so kind as to let us know what the gauge is on each video (just chain and dc or hdc a row that is 1 inch long, then let usknow how many stitches you worked and which hook you used to have it equal One inch, then we can try the same and if our row is longer than the 1inch mark or shorter than the one inch mark then we'll know to go up or down a hook) it may seem bothersome but it helps save us your viewers lots of time making an item only to rip it out again and agian trying to figure out which hook to use for our tension. I hope you take my sugestion into consideration and impliment on future videos. Thank you for all you do😊

Thank you for the tutorial. I love these but I went for the 6-12 months size, using a 4mm hook and DK yarn and it's huge, big enough for a 5 year old. What am I doing wrong?

Very cute tutorial but mine ended up huge!!! I used the 4.5mm hook and it could probably fit a 5yr old. My son is 9m and wears a 12m. I’ll have to redo using a smaller hook. Must be the thread I used that made it larger

I tried to make this twice and it came out huge. If you're thinking about trying this pattern for a baby not a child I would find something else to try.

Its turning out to big. what am I doing wrong. I'm using the 3.5 hook and the romper is 17 inches across /laying flat

I really don't recommend this pattern. I bought the written pattern from Etsy and no matter what I do (use a smaller hook, finer yarn) it comes up huge. There is no gauge so I contacted the designer and she suggested using a smaller hook which I did but it will still fit a 5 year old. I would find a different pattern if you want a romper to fit a baby.

Please add the written pattern in this video because I not understood your language
