If curved brims are started to trend again I'm so here for it. I have always hated the straight flat brim look.

I’m work at lids, and when we curve fitted hats we use a steamer which generally softens the rim and avoids causin the curve issue. It’s also ensures the curve last long. Also u should use a cylinder like object to curve things instead of your hands or rubber bands. Hopefully that helps.😊

I’ve notice if u manually bend the brim with your hand , it also straightens out the top of the hat losing that stiff high hat and making it into a low hat like a baseball hat

I use a steamer too. Always get a nice curve on all my hats.

Back in the day lids had a brim shaper

Rolling them works just as well I’ve never got a cress in any of my hats never just bend the hat it’ll brake bill completely in half done that a few times in my life

Learned this in the military lol. You get the hang of it quickly cause you always need a couple of extra covers around as they magically go missing from time to time if you’re not careful.

when you take it off put the the rubber band back on so it doesn’t loose it’s shape👍🏼

Rubber band and steamer or brim curver and steamer would work just fine, also if you don’t have a steamer a hot towel compress would work

the fit is just so clean, but i’m scared i’ll ruin my hat 😂

At least 3 days or it goes flat again. Also steaming the peak while the band is on seems to help as well.

Im glad that curved brims are back in style. I get tired of these young-ins telling me to get rid of the "redneck roll." My hats aren't even curved to that extreme. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You can still save that creased brim on that FOG fitted, just steam the brim on both sides, flatten it out, then recurve it.

Steam the brim for a few seconds take one of those tall metal flasks or tumblers, (or something that cylindrical and around that width) and fold brim around the mug I like to steam the brim again for a few seconds while it’s wrapped around the tumbler then just hold it like that for about 5 minutes and then let it go let it dry out and bam tbe perfect symmetrical brim every time

U can heat it too and use a water bottle like a voss bottle to bend it

Hold a blow dryer 6 inches away on hot do both sides for 30sec then place centre on coffee cup and simultaneously apply pressure on both sides until flush with cup and hold for 30sec-1min

I prefer flat bills. Just got my first fitted hat today, sadly ordered a size or two too big.

I wear mine and gently fold from the sides. After a few wear and moisture from sweat it takes a nicer curve. Or steam it if you're worried about it getting too sweaty. I wear mine mostly for the function and not so much for the look.

Steamers are definetly the most important part but if you dont have one, boil some water in a pot and use that, or use the steamer mode on your iron

They make fitted hats that are meant to bend and flat bills. Which you can never bend. It’s a baseball style fitted you can bend. They have a smaller bill

I wore a new era hat with denim and plaid visor so much that it ended up curving itself. Have to spray starch on it.

I used to only wear fitted hats and never got a crease down the middle... looks like you folded that beak in half. I grab the edges of the beak and curl them in towards eachother and have never had that problem
