Welcome to Donslife! In this video my wife and I show you how to wrap her 2016 Cadillac Escalade in Avery Dennison SW900 Supreme Gloss White Diamond Vinyl!
She wanted the glitter, so she got glitter. For those that may want to see some disassembly detail with some tips along the way, this video might be for you.

Excellent! I am reviewing Vvivid’s new Ultra Gloss vinyl film very soon! Supposed to be their closest thing to paint! The Avery product I used was very easy to work with too.

Should have done pink! It actually has a great appeal for sure, I get compliments nonstop lol. But I actually want to go to white next since my last name is White 😂 looks great!

@@Donslife that’s awesome. I had my ctsv wrapped two years ago in fierce fuchsia by 3m, and I’ve always thought it was so funny that so many men actually liked it lol. Will be awesome to see a 22 in pink though! Very exciting!

Thank you! I ordered a 75ft roll and have lots left over since I didn’t make any major mistakes (avoiding waste). I am guessing I used about 55-65 feet. Remember I didn’t do to roof. Thank you for watching!

What brand gloss black would you recommend for wrapping door pillars and door handles? I used vivid + and the corners are all coming up. Not sure if it’s my fault or that’s it’s just not a good vinyl. It seemed pretty thick maybe that’s why the corners are coming up?

Avery SW900 is probably the most forgiving for spots like that. VViViD will work too, but it can be trickier depending on which of their films your using

Quick question. How do i remove the black plastic on the hatch door? I need to remove the door handle on the back door. Please advise, greatly appreciated

I would remove the handle. I always have. It is pretty easy once the interior panel is removed

There are screws under the removable plates by the window latch and main latch. Then after that you have to pry our the clips. Try 14:46 on this video. You can see the panels removed by the bottom latch and me prying the clips out

Hi Marco, I think at the beginning the video I am referring about being excited for the new Avery wrap on the Escalade. At the end I am excited about the new Ultra Gloss wrap to be installed on the BMW. Sorry if there is a misunderstanding. Thanks for checking out the vinyl wrap video!

Ah I see! Well the likely replacement for my wife’s 2016 Escalade is a 2022 (not 2021) Escalade. We usually like to wait for the introductory year to pass for any tweaks or fixes to make it into the 2nd year of production. Who knows though, as my KZfaq channel grows, our plans could evolve!
