Love this! When I see " shag" and "wedge", my heart skips a beat! Being a hairdresser in the "80's", I love when stylists bring in a new take on these iconic shapes. So many possibilities and such a good way to really see head shape. Thank you! This looks beautiful!💖

I love this style so much I have curly hair so I cut my own hair into this type of style I know it's not perfect but with curly hair it's easy to hide my mistakes but the style will look so nice with some waves and curls❤

I love doing this cut, so versatile and you can play around with the shape of head. Great freestyle cut depending on head shape.

Its a great cut, love , love, i wore my hair in a wedge in the 70s 80s then all of a sudden got much older, lost much of my hair , starting with 3 cowlicks in the back , and now very thin, fine hair , looking for a great hairdresser in calgary alberta. I might be old but still look forward to a nice haircut 💇

Music sounded so good. I would appreciate if you do the whole haircut with scissors. Would you pinch cut the sides with scissors for that layered affect which you had created by razor cutting?

It would be much easier for you to use a clipper for the back but I think you could totally do the front and sides yourself!

beautiful cut, but I am seeing that hole below the ear, the sides and back are not connected.. (tapered ) that chunk is missing, is that the way this one is just meant to be?

Great tutorial but visually I would have textured that without live a little too soften the transition just a personal preference. You are an awesome haircutter.

This guy has no idea how a wedge is cut. This is not a wedge cut but a graduated high inverted Bob. I know because I used to cut the wedge on a daily basis from the late 70’s until it eventually went out of fashion in the early 90’s! This guy needs to look up The Wedge Cut ! Perhaps look at Vidal Sasoons creations to see how it should look!
