My question are..... 1..... why the use of 1.5 inches to multiply or how did we get about the 1.5 inches 2... if u are using 1.5 for-kids wat do we use for adult

Neckline allowance was added in the measurement. No need for armhole allowance except you want to add sleeve to the dress.
