I agree Neil, although they don't like some water based paints like isomat, dulux diamond or Johnstones aqua.... They are OK for about 30 minutes, then they tend to go out of shape and the bristles clog up.... I might be wrong, but I think they may be discontinuing the blaze and replacing with the monarch brushes... They look very similar but rebranded

@@Doadz it's ok to use a roller to make the job quicker, but it still needs laying off with a brush 👍

Tbh....its just as fast doing skirts by brush

Yes I agree, but they do have to be rinsed out regularly, even whilst using if doing large jobs to make sure the stock does not get clogged up.

@@JoeProDecor I soak my brush before using. and always keep water next to me, I just keep cleaning the brush out as well like you said. still going strong. what type of roller 4inc sleeve to you like to use with aqua guard or don't you.

What does this mean stock get clogged up?

@@AJ_Alive acrylics dry very fast... The paint builds up in the stock(inside area on bristles under metal ferrule) it dries and clogs up the brush inside effecting the flexibility of the bristles over time and can miss shape it also

Hi, yes of course you can, and there are mixed blended bristle brushes specifically designed for both, but natural bristle in my opinion is still best suited for oil based paints.

You don't usually cut in a ceiling because the wall is usually cut in after the ceiling
