I am worse than a beginner. I could follow some measurements. But I felt the description on the video could have been better for people like me. Like, you cut the front of shirt first, then back. But there is description to it. Just saying because, I liked the video, wanted to have it better.

This looks like the easiest method I've seen yet. How did you get 6 and 7cm from the neck measurement? Does this method include ease or do you need to add that when you take the measurements? Is there a seam allowance?

I know the 23.5 was the chest divided by 4 plus 1. How ever. The 7 cm offf the chest line to be able join the arm hole.. where does it come from
