I’ve done ballet since I was 2 and I’m 11 but they never taught us PROPER leaps

SAME I’m the same age (turning 12) and I didn’t get much good training. But I kept on practicing and I got better.

the only problem is, that I cannot jump high enough because I can do right and left splits but cannot jump high enough for a leap
