Sometimes good people are fired due to internal politics. If a project failed, then the blame has to passed on someone chosen as scapegoat. Many times great people are eliminated this way. Sometimes straightforward and honest people are removed because they ain't bootlickers.

Tips - How to conduct at workplace. ---------------------------------- 1. Don't fight your colleagues' battles. 2. Don't indulge in gossip (chugli) at the workplace. 3. Don't increase the aura of the boss by bitching about him/her. Whenever you make somebody an object of laughter (uphaas ka patra) or demonize him, you are increasing that person's energy. Don't make your boss Gabbar otherwise his aura keeps increases. (Politicians at times try to instigate you so that you hate them) 4. Do not make friends at the workplace. You would never know what would they tell and to whom which may be used against you. 5. Do not become vulnerable at the workplace by exposing your life, your personal troubles 6. Increase your Aura and presence at the workplace - Always wear better clothes than your boss. Your shoes should stand out. A person who gets better dressed gets more respect even in the same job. 7. Always speak with your boss in English even when he tries to speak in Hindi. It's a formal language and it helps in maintaining distance. Hindi brings you closer. 8. Boss may not have work himself, so don't talk to him all the time. 9. Show yourself as busy. Be efficient so that you can work fast but do not deliver fast. It should take the same time. 10. There is no point in being a team man / team player. Somebody else gets the benefit of it. Either somebody at the top or some other person in the team due to team politics. 11. Maintain professional boundaries with everyone at workplace. Identifying a toxic boss ------------------------- 1. Wants to own you, own your time, control your life 2. Has no personal life 3. Has completely set personal life 4. The person who doesn't let you have lunch 5. Doesnt do anything meaningful himself, so would not let you do the same. Dealing with a toxic boss ------------------------- 1. Call out his toxicity in private. 2. Don't discuss with other colleagues. 3. Tell your time, your boundaries. 4. Work will happen this much only and in this much time only. 5. Keep social distance with this person. Do not let him know about your personal life. 6. A person is same in all lives personal or professional - Not different in two places. What if the boss says - "I am not happy with you" ------------------------------------------------- 1. Don't defend or justify anything. 2. Say my wife, parents, kids no one is happy with me, even I am not happy with myself. But you seem to be happier - please guide. Some Golden words ------------------- 1. Baatein wahi chubhti hain jo sach hoti hain 2. Pyass aise hi nahin bujhti, time lagta hai. Poori pyaas to marne pe hi bujhti hai 3. If you want to be like a king, remember that a king doesn't talk to everyone.

In one of my company I worked, my boss asked me to stay back, I stayed back, next day I claimed conveyance. He asked me" What work did you do? I replied" You ordered me to stay back and I followed it". From then onwards, he used to make sure I leave the office right time!😀😀😀

You are so right .. all toxic bosses have horrid personal / married lives . So they can’t see another person happy . Many even have extra marital affairs or look forward to having one in the office premises . I know this much from my experience working as an officer in Govt sector .

My boss always keeps bringing up my personal matters. And when he starts asking/ sayin things,he goes on n on n on ,it gets irritating. M jus frustrated. He's got no life literally n even he knows it and admits he's toxic that's the reason fr it. N yet he harrasses others.
