I'm carrying in plat, yet i cant rank up as my teams are immediately wiped. I get it, i know being toxic to new teammates is bad and i try not to, but when each and every team mightaswell be a copy of the last, i have no patience for incompetence.

Frequently you can get their banner if there’s a third party going on because there’s so much chaos. It all depends on what’s possible at that moment in the game. Sometimes I can only get their banner and refuse to bring them back and tell them that they should queue solo if they don’t want to play on a team.
