I wonder how Fedor Holz views GTO in regards to aggressive opponents. Would he follow the solvers suggestions or be more imbalanced towards check raises and bluff catching?

Hi Paul! Great question! Fedor doesn't directly mention GTO or solvers, but his advice suggests a flexible approach. He emphasizes understanding your opponent's value-to-bluff ratio and adjusting your strategy accordingly. This could involve more check raises and bluff catching against certain aggressive opponents. So, while he doesn't explicitly say it, his advice implies that he might deviate from a strict GTO strategy to exploit the tendencies of aggressive opponents. This could involve being more imbalanced towards check raises and bluff catching, depending on the specific opponent and situation.

Does the poker code course teach you how to play live cash well ? I’m taking like lower stakes such as 1/3 and 2/5 ? I am taking a long break from poker to stack a bank roll but I want to learn while I am stacking a bank roll.

You should be making a bankroll by playing poker, not by working a job. And if you arent good enough to be your own coach then you arent good enough to be in the game. Poker coaching is a scam..

but what if you have 5 of these at the table, calling any 10bb or even 20bb pfr? At times even a 60-100bb reshove will be called 4 way if i have qq+

Then ur more than happy to just get it in preflop against 3 wide callers with QQ+ . If u lose u lose, but if u win u get quadruple up.

Unpopular opinion but against maniacs and calling stations you’re essentially just flipping with them as they’re going to just call you to the end or bet into you until the end, so with basically no fold equity your edge is so much smaller. I usually avoid these type of players if I can unless top 10% of my range or better there’s really no point in increasing your variance if there’s easier spors but if there’s not then yea these guys are great

Why do you put Phil Helmuth as an example of aggression when he is just a nit fish actor at this point?
