I had to listen to this video twice to absorb this great lesson, “you are a full life, you do not need somebody to make you complete” I sometimes feel embarrassed even to myself that after my husband passed I feel alive and complete. I am thankful to know that I am not a heartless person. Thank you, thank you 🙏🏻

Absolutely beautiful.. I've been trying to rearrange the way I looked at my break up and today I thought one day I will be able to thank him for the extra strength & resilience and growth that I wouldn't have learned if he stayed. Then I saw this and was like wow. I really needed to hear this today, thank you so much. It will help me so much. I will remind myself of this every day. ❤️❤️❤️
