In this episode of Contract Teardown, Patrick O’Malley, attorney and business professor, tears down three different NDAs. Patrick says that most NDAs don’t even need to exist, but how do you recognize if you’re writing one that’s worthwhile? Let’s tear it down.

Yeah, but what about apps, softwares, project ideas that you need to share the details with people who can develop your idea in 1 month without you? How you manage that? Also, what about Smart Contracts NDAs in the Blockchain? Can you talk about that? What is the validity of such a contract? I could only listen to like nine minutes of this if you don’t wanna sign the NDA you don’t get the prize. You run your mouth you pay big. Period stormy Daniels got paid to be with Trump 130,000 to keep her mouth shut, she didn’t keep her mouth shut now she owes Trump $600,000 and he will get it 😂😂😂
