Master Wong, this is great! As my old Jiu Jitsu teacher told us, the best way is not to be there, ie. Move out of the way so their attack misses; however, I found in street fighting that sometimes you want to intercept an attack in a way that hurts them so that you can move in and put an end to the attack with your own attack. I like the Master Wong way.

you can try to get 2-3 coins to grab it in air one shot for coin, a tennis ball with a elastic rope stretch on a hat, with ur friend emulate a sparring session but with the tennis ball and in distance with this method not only reflex increasement but also timing and reading, and if u don't have a friend you can also do it with a wall, sorry for my english :) or trow the ball at 3-4 meter from you and at the first bounce, you had to try to take it without the second bounce.. you have a lot of method to improve your reflexes :) but like Wartooth said you must have some sparring session long the time for really understand how have you improve ur skills :)

reaper 21 parrying it works a lot for me sometimes when i spar. But try this use one strink and parry it into a side kick. Your enemy or partner won't notice it coming or you can try any move. Be creative in your own martial arts. Even if you practice with ur teacher or anyone

It was nice to see different ideals from different people, styles, and experience with you Master Wong and your friends. The way you did the blocking Mast Wong was most simular to how I learned. The jam kick I used is not just the front leg but also with a back leg. The was John did it was a neat new way of addressing a kick. I fully get it. Though one of the main ways I learned was just understanding my distance and how to move with my opponent. That is because, though rare to come across, there are some people out there that are so good at kicking that any contact they make they will break something of their opponents. If the opponent block with an arm of leg, that arm and leg will be broken with each kick done to them.

I like the demonstration of the offense and defense that you use it with the kicking and blocking also the gentleman's that doing the demonstration as well and that she showing up the block and techniques of the other opponent is striking you that is what I'm working on now thank you for the helpful tips I would definitely practice it and put it in my routine

For that head kick, a good fighter could faint like they're kicking to the head then kick your body because you're undefended. Same with boxing head hooks. So, I think you'd need to move forward while blocking for a cross. Thoughts?

Each technique was amazing. I loved the balance and momentum derived from the footwork in each style. Of course, kicking that big guy would be like kicking the front of a pick-up truck, so I doubt too many kick-attacks would be effective on him even if he stood still. LOL
