1) Update the WhatsApp app to the latest version
2) Open WhatsApp and login to your account
3) Tap on the three dots on the top right
4) Select Settings
5) Tap on Accounts and select Privacy
6) Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Blocked
7) To remove the block list, simply unblock them.
8) This way, you can simply delete blocked contacts on WhatsApp.

Yes, exactly what I did was, I blocked and deleted her number on my phone contact list so I would never know which one is her number on the whatsapp block list.
