Awesome Tut! Do you still need to halftone the areas that are not semi-transparent though? I mean, when you apply the Gradient that is Black to Transparent on 7:40 , I can later see then that on 35:20 when placed on the "mockup", there are some areas that seem to be 50% gray or with transparency like on the guy's chest. Is this file OK to be printed as is on a black/dark garment or is there anything else needed to do to deal with these semi transparent areas? Im not sure if they are semi transparent or is just 100% gray values without transparency. Thanks!

19:27..You know you can park cursor in between letters hit option and use arrow keys to adjust between letters right? Game changer for me.

do you still use the manual brush method to take out the background from an image(like in your snoop dogg rap tee tutorial one 4 years ago)?

Absolutely not - I pretty much exclusively use Layer Masks to remove anything.

exactly how are you able to remove the shadows of the design to be transparent?

I typically use Blend If which is in the Layer Style window
