Thanks for the helpful tips! You say quite frequently how important it is to tailor the case studies to the role one is applying for. When I hear this I always ask myself who only applies for one specific role? For my case study, could I pick a top app in a category I am interested in, point out some weak points, and have a proposed design for an app I want to see built? This is pretty cool! About the tailoring to role…I have no specific industry interest. Is there anything you can do to help figure that out so you can actually make relevant case studies? My best one right now is for board game store, so I guess it could arguably be e-commerce, but beyond making navigation more simple, I didn’t do that much to it.
