Yes you can use it, make sure to scan your PC for malware first. Close the tab that is showing the virus warning.

So I have this fake Mcafee always on my task bar with a exclamation, I don’t have permission to stop it opening on the control panel, it has one closeable popup a bit after my computer is turnt on, will the steps in this video work to remove it and it’s source stopping me from doing stuff

Well, VirusTotal uses multiple databases, You should be able to trust it, Sorry for my previous comment, Read it as TotalAV by accident.

4:56 Also, add that it can install by itself by hiding around other, way more innocent app, without the notice of the user. I have installed an app from an official, safe website, and have gotten a fake vpn, browser safe search, and a McAfee ripoff. I could only uninstall 2 out of 4 (sadly). So, be careful ON EVERYTHING YOU install, and make sure its a more used(popular) platform. Honestly.

When i buyed my phone it already have a antivirus app on it wich was made by the makers of my phone and it delete viruses by itself and doesn't have stupid pop ups and it helps me deleting junks

Yeah, people can make fake anti-viruses software. I recommend stuff like McAfee and Kaspersky but remember the best anti-virus is Your common sence.

@@PlaneFS McAfee has awful partners with scam websites, And also a fake cleaner that makes you pay. The cleaner by McAfee has been shut down, But it was bloatware, You shouldn't trust McAfee or norton.
