How do I keep my style but stil dance clean?

Please this is a serious question. I was born a ballerina, soft and elegant movements. But my life kinda developped to be so taff and I found to hip hop music over this and fallen in love with this form of movement but didnt have the courage to pick up freestyle, now im 38 and I do and I practise a lot at home by myself. Do you think there is the possibility of having also gained a natural way of movement that's good for freestyle through life experience or will I always look like a ballerina who's trying? I mean naturaly Im a sensible floating feather but can that be turned into anything useful for freestyle? 😊 I hope someone can find the mind to try and exchange their thoughts on this...and be honest, no need to sugar coat...
