We disassembled and serviced the pasta machine that had been in use since 2013.
If you apply grease to the gears periodically like I did,
You can use your pasta machine for a long time if it is in good condition.
This pasta machine has been used to produce one cane on average every three days since 2013.
I wonder how much more I can use it in the future. ha ha ha

In the atlas pasta machine you can remove and clean the blades alone. You don’t have to unscrew anything.

@@clayzoo yes I have the atlas 180. I permanently removed the big metal fenders so I can reach everything easily. Turn it upside down and slide the rods holding the blades in to the right or left and the rod comes out and the blade falls off. Clean the blade and put it back the same way. Two blades two rods.
