Today, we'll take a look inside the 2nd Generation Kizer Feist, a knife whose first generation had some serious troubles, but where the machining ship seems to have been righted.

I carry the regular second gen feist and I love it. Its the only knife I have that actually disappears in any pocket. Its super slim and sleek, is a crazy cutter and once you break it in the front flipper is super reliable!

The Feist is a pretty nice looking knife. And I also just by coincidence order Knife Pivot Lube in the regular and heavy versions, hoping to see an increase in performance over the Benchmade Blue Lube

I've been eyeing that bit kit on Amazon worth it?

I recommended it to him. To me, I think it’s worth it. It has a relatively good set of tools, more geared towards electronics disassemblers and what not (apple pentalobe bits and what not) but I believe the design is absolutely drop dead gorgeous, as are most Xiaomi Mijia designed items. The only downside I’ve found is the kinda slippery handle. It’s not good for strong torque, but is okay for general disassembly and have found myself using it more as I’ve had it. To each is own, I’ve got an obsession with Chinese made quality goods, and xiaomi have always set themselves apart in that regard. The always design with design in mind, and I believe that bitset shows that even something as mundane as a bit set can be a thing of beauty.

Nick,I read that you won't review a Microtech knife because of their proprietary screws. You can buy a tool that fits those screws. Lame excuse! Would you not buy a nice car that came with expensive wheels that had special wheel locks on them that require a special tool to remove them?

They also have sued gear reviewers in the past. Which is an even better reason to stay away from them . knifenews.com/microtech-everyday-commentary/

I bought that wiha kit and the bits instantly bent. Not worth it.
